Breath and Respiration

Ho il respiro corto,
ho l'affanno, ho il respiro affannoso,
non riesco a respirare,
il respiro mi si strozza in gola,
ho l'asma,

I have the short breath,
I have the worry, I have the strenuous breath,
I don't succeed in breathing,
the breath is strangled me in throat,
I have the asthma,
I have an attack of panic,
I have the dizziness,
I am afraid of the elevator I don't breathe,
I'm depressed and it doesn't suit me of to breathe,
I don't have the time to breathe,
I have a vice in the middle of the breast,
I am afraid even to breathe,
I have the knot in throat, etc.,............

How many times and at times more times a day are felt to say or these sentences are said?

In general these are the moments in which we becomes aware of own breath. Passed these moments everything returns in the usual routine and we doesn't think more to the breath up to next time that him ripresenta the occasion.

We pass 90-95% of our time unaware of the Breath

Il Respiro questo sconosciuto

The Breath this stranger

Babies on air

Vi siete mai chiesti come abbiamo imparato a respirare?

Have you ever asked you as we have learned to breathe?
Surely him.
But was the question in more deep sense, have you (ever to fix one's attentions) (detained) to analyze the way according to which we have learned and if it were really the correct way?

9 months in shop and the normal birth

To the moment of the conception, when the ovule (ovum) is fertilized, it goes down from the tuba of Falloppio up to the uterus, where he will choose, the correct place where to berth our ship. From that place and for nine months we will receive, nourishment, blood, energy, that they will pass through the placenta and the umbilical cord. Between all the organs in construction, the last organ that is formed are the bellows (for this motive the premature native babies are put in incubator).

When the moment finally arrives to go out (we do it simple without considering a lot of other things that happen in contemporary). we pass through the neck of the uterus, an a little narrow for the truth and after the head has gone out, it compresses us and it tighten the thoracic cage, that decompresses each other in the moment in which we are out entirely and it allows us of to make our "first breath" with our bellows.

I remember to you how thin to then we were oxygenated through the placenta and the umbilical cord, therefore in the moment that we make our first breath it happens something upsetting, it is something that enters bossily inside of us, it frightens there it is very intense and strong.

In the meantime around someone gives each other from to do closing and cutting the umbilical cord. So that this small creature to have arrived hardly he is put in danger of death immediately. If he doesn't breathe why it is afraid he can die, if he breathes it is everything very intense, therefore he is held back. However if he doesn't breathe they pick him up and they try of to shake upsetting him takes him for the feet and even also spanking him or using some other systems, to let breathe him, continuing so to create fear even more until it arrives each other to the maximum one that the being he can bear and the weeping arrives. And then they are all happy because he cries then it means that he is alive.

But you have ever asked you if, there were you to his place in this moment what your "reactions" would be. Many will respond (because this is a common thought), but they are small they don't understand. (?!?)

We now pass to another consideration.

In the moment in which the cord is cut, well 30% of the blood of the small one to be remains in the umbilical cord and in the placenta.

What would it happen if now, in this precise moment removed to you 30% of your blood?
Can we say that you would feel....... to die?

Baby that cries

This is what happens in the so-called "normal birth", normal because it has become a routine, it doesn't mean that is natural, rather under these conditions and considering that the things have difficult to change seems me that someone coop planning a beautiful planet full of sick and persons full of fear.

This event has happened to all in our life and unfortunately they is very little those people who have had a natural birth.

La nascita "naturale"

The "natural" birth

If instead to the moment of the birth we doesn't intervene and the attached umbilical cord is left, even if his child will hold back the breath to the begin, there will be no danger of death and he won't cry, because he is still oxygenated by the cord.

When the placenta will be detached in the natural way and torn not by the belly of her mother as it usually happens, the blood in the meantime all will flow back inside his child, and here the danger of death is also eliminated for bleeding.

That to which will be assisted it will be a circular and continuous breath without pauses relaxed and fluid, as they make all the mammals on the planet earth, except two types of mammals; the cetacean that for obvious reason cannot do him/it otherwise they drown and the human beings!

Provision and to Love

What sense has for us not to make the circular breath if sott'acqua we go there only sometimes.

La paura blocca completamente il respiro

The fear stops completely the breath

Which is it the first sentence that usually tells each other after we have taken a big fear? Have I/you/they remained without breath from the " fear "; and does thing happen when you beat the knee in an edge? mmmmhhh.........., the breath is held back.

From the complete block of the breath to the complete relaxation there is a whole series of stairs that they alter the breath in a way or in the other, type depression, anxiety, asthma, worry, attack of panic said dap or d.a.p. that they mean trouble from attacks of panic, short breath, nervousness, nervousness, palpitations, excitement, strong perspirations, hot flashes or flushes, anger, hot tempered reactions, forced respiraton, iperventilazione, etc............

Then every time that we don't want to feel something our breath becomes almost nonexistent or contrarily very inclined and forced, that in a way onell'altros mean I don't want to feel or I don't want to see, or I want to estrange from me quickly.

A very big Clouds

What can you/he/she happen if he breathes fully and powerfully? Which other states of knowledge can you/they be reached? Which is of mastery you/they can be reached entrusting each other fully some his/her own breath and following his/her flow of energy?

The continuous breath allows us of to live powerfully

The continuous breath allows us of to feel until after all what is happening and it helps there in a very fast way to resolve our problem, it helps there once understood the nature of the causes scatenanti to live in complete and powerful manner our life, not more in nanny of our unconscious fears but builders responsible of our life.

The continuous breath is a marvelous tool or a marvelous medicine, that you also bring always yourself behind disposition in every moment and for free junta and without ticket from to pay to chicchessia.
